What is Bach Therapy ?

The central idea of the therapy is that physical illnesses can have an emotional or mental origin, and that by treating these emotional causes, balance and physical health can be promoted.
How does Bach Therapy work ?
Each flower is associated with a specific emotional or mental state. The Bach therapist assesses the patient's feelings and behaviors and chooses the flower essences that best align with their emotional needs.
